Based in New York City, Catherine is a former Ford model and
well-known plus-size industry leader. Part consumer advocate,
part promotions and marketing liaison, she is considered
a consummate expert on the subject of “all things plus and
full-figured.” She serves as a media spokesperson and link
between manufacturers, designers, retailers and the full-figured
customer. Her clients have included major department stores
as well as retail specialty stores. She is currently working on
new campaigns and marketing efforts for clients within the
burgeoning online plus size apparel industry.
Catherine is an inspirational and motivational icon who is often
quoted in the fields of style and image. She has written numerous
articles for major publications and newspapers and has appeared on several national and local morning talk shows including The Today Show,
The View,
Neal
Cavuto’s Your World, CBS Evening News and The Early
Show. She was Fashion Retail Editor of Mode magazine and has had a line of clothing on QVC called Shape Shopping.
Catherine’s passion for health, fashion, and beauty also led
her
to become a core team member and the image and style advisor
of Divabetic: Makeover
Your Diabetes, an outreach program
that tours ten major cities in the United States each year and
is sponsored by Novo Nordisk, targeting women living with,
affected by or at risk for diabetes.
